Racial Equity Training and Professional Development

We provide individuals, groups, and organizations with the tools necessary to develop the awareness, knowledge, and skills needed to be anti-racist practitioners. Informed by the results of a comprehensive assessment, we custom-design programs using a variety of methods including workshops, presentations, role playing, case studies, facilitated group discussions, and book clubs to meet the unique needs of your organization. 

Organizational Assessments

We conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of your organization prior to and at the conclusion of our work and use these assessments to create a customized plan that aligns with your organizations mission, vision and strategic plan.

Coaching

We offer a range of coaching services for organizational leaders from individual consulting on strategic planning to working with a management team. Our coaching services are designed to help you strengthen your practice and center your leadership around racial diversity, equity, inclusion and justice.

Train-the-Trainer Programs

Creating a racially equitable organization requires a sustained commitment that may not be met by only brining in outside trainers. To meet this need, we offer Train-the-Trainers programs to help organizations develop and maintain their own cadre of trainers.
